Dwelling In Gratitude For 30 Days
The science is pretty clear. Gratitude is hugely beneficial to your mental, physical, emotional and social health. But it takes an intentional focus on what's good, rather than our brain's default obsession with what's awful and wrong.
The good news is when we dwell in the good, we change our brain structurally and actually increase our capacity for positive emotions. And this is hugely beneficial for people who work with animals.
